Q. How long before someone can stop by and look at my project.

We know how important your project is to you and that is why we do our best to get over to look at your project within 5 days. During the busy season the time frame may vary, but generally we are on schedule and able to get over and look at your project within the week of contact.

Q. Who do you suggest should be at this meeting?

Our hope is that anyone that is a part of the decision making process be available when we come to look and talk about your project. Having everyone there helps to get questions answered from both sides and speeds up the process.

Q. How long should the meeting take?

We try to keep our meetings 30 minutes to an hour to respect your time.

Q.  How long before we can expect to hear back?

At the time of the meeting we can determine an accurate estimate as to how long your estimate will take to get back. Simple estimates without drawings generally take 1-2 days. Larger projects, especially those including designs, are determined by size and will be followed up with another meeting to go over the designs.

Q.  What happens at the design meeting?

Once we have come up with a design, we will schedule a meeting to look over your designs. At this meeting we will look for revisions and discuss and foreseen changes or questions. From there we will make a list of revisions and work up a finalized design within 1-2 days.

Q.  When do we see the estimate?

When we come to meet about the design we will also have the estimate ready for you once all the changes have been determined.

Q.  So we had our meeting, what’s next?

Once you are ready to move forward with your project, we will sign the estimate and pay a 10% deposit. From there we will work to get you an estimate on time frame and get you on the schedule.

Q.  When is final payment due.

Your approval of the project is our ultimate goal so we will collect the balance of 90% when the job is done and you are satisfied.
